Spacious entrance lounge and clean structure. Great recommendation for local coffee and drink in the town center.- Convenient location near the city center and railway station.

Room air conditioning was ineffective and had to change rooms at night. Room pictures online did not accurately represent the standard rooms.

I liked the location near to the city old center- 3 minutes by walk. The room was nice and clean;

breakfast could be more varied, because was only basics and the cofee was not good even though we asked at the bar; the shower dind't have a cabin, only curtanins; they have only 5 free parking places in the front of the hotel and is not possible to make reservation and you can not park on the street (only in paid parking places); the restaurant inside the hotel is very expensive but the food is good

pleasant location and close proximity to the old town and river. Reasonable lobby area with ample seating for guests in a quaint atmosphere.

Excellent staff, excellent location, very good breakfast , room with plenty of space and nice balcony, nice little bar area and lobby to hang out in, great location near the old part of town and best pasticceria.

The hotel had a great location just outside the town walls, making it convenient for exploring. The receptionist was lovely and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds. The hotel also had air conditioning, which was a relief. The breakfast provided was very good, and there was a nearby pasticceria that was highly recommended.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

Our room had a balcony that looked out to the mountains. When there was a problem with a third bed in the room a replacement was brought in quickly to remedy the problem.

Some of the staff at the hotel were not helpful. At checkout the service person was curt and abrupt about the total checkout amount....I feel that had I not had the printout from Booked.net I would have had to pay about 300 more euros.

Great Hotel with all round excellent facilities.

The location was perfect, just a short walk outside the historic city center. The staff were very friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the views. The breakfast spread was bountiful and delicious, although it would have been nice to have more fresh fruit. The hotel also had a lovely bar area and lobby where I could relax and unwind.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The service, comfort, and amenities provided were top-notch.

Central location

Having stayed there some 10 years ago - it seems to have become rather impersonal. And plastic cups for tea/coffee in the room!!

The hotel seemed like an old piece of antique that was well preserved

The managment needs to invest a little more in the color themes of the interior decorations. the breakfast was not that great together with the breakfast area, a little stuffy

Dinner was very very good. except scampi. They were overcooked or...? Jacuzzii in our room didn` t work.

We stayed in a Junior Suite (or double room gold) for 2 nights which was extremely roomy, neat & tidy, quiet & cleaned daily. Absolutely magnificent.

Great location near the historic center of town with everything in walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and wide enough for two people. The staff was attentive, polite, and friendly.

The Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby and downstairs areas. The shower position was unusual, it's easy to "flood" the bathroom.

Charming town clashes with dingy, tired hotel

Bonotto Hotel Belvedere was a disappointment, but the charming town of Bassano del Grappa made up for it. The hotel's outdated decor and lackluster service left much to be desired. However, the nearby Enoiteca, "Bar Breda Bassano," was a fantastic place to unwind in the evening. I would recommend exploring the town but finding alternative accommodations.
